Project planning generates a large number of Gantt charts, schedules, and budgets. Aligning all stakeholders is time-consuming, and traditional representations such as time-distance diagrams are often difficult to understand. This is where our digital process planning and simulations help to maintain an overview.
We integrate BIM models or 2D planning documents directly into our simulation environment and use them as the basis for further planning. Depending on the level of information and detail, this results in a representation and simulation ranging from early construction phase planning to detailed construction sequence and construction logistics planning.
The project is executed virtually before the actual construction phase begins. Construction activities are simulated in terms of schedule and costs, variants are analysed, and evaluated using freely selectable KPIs (e.g. duration, costs, CO₂). The visual representation makes processes transparent, conflicts become visible at an early stage, and alternatives can be developed in a targeted manner.
The results are available via a web viewer or in traditional formats such as Gantt charts, clearly understandable for all parties involved, from specialist planners and project and site management to construction companies and other stakeholders.
